For any request to correct Personal Data,once KOOLY SHOP has sufficient information from you to verify your identity and todeal with the request, KOOLY SHOP will:
correct your Personal Data within the timeperiod prescribed under the Privacy Ordinance. Where KOOLY SHOP is unable to do sowithin such time period, KOOLY SHOP will notify you of the reason and if applicable, of the soonestpracticable time within which KOOLY SHOP can make the correction; and
KOOLY SHOP will send the corrected Personal Data to every other organizationto which the Personal Data was disclosed by KOOLY SHOP within a year beforethe date the correction was made, unless that other organization does not needthe corrected Personal Data for any legal or business purpose.
In accordance with the Policy and/or thePrivacy Ordinance, ANNEX reserves the right tocharge users a reasonable fee for processing any request to access, correct ordelete Personal Data.
Accuracy of Personal Data
KOOLY SHOP will take reasonable efforts to ensure that your Personal Data isaccurate and complete if your Personal Data is likely to be: (i) used by KOOLY SHOP to make a decisionthat affects you or (ii) disclosed to another organization. However, this meansthat you must also update KOOLY SHOP of any changes in your Personal Data that you had initiallyprovided KOOLY SHOP with. correct your Personal Data within the timeperiod prescribed under the Privacy Ordinance. Where KOOLY SHOP is unable to do sowithin such time period, KOOLY SHOP will notify you of the reason and if applicable, of the soonestpracticable time within which KOOLY SHOP can make the correction; and
KOOLY SHOP will send the corrected Personal Data to every other organizationto which the Personal Data was disclosed by KOOLY SHOP within a year beforethe date the correction was made, unless that other organization does not needthe corrected Personal Data for any legal or business purpose.
