Ordering & Shipping
- For orders in the Hong Kong and Macau regions, free shipping is offered for a total net value of HK$500 or more; for orders with a total net value less than HK$500, a shipping fee of HK$40 applies.
- For orders in the Taiwan region, free shipping is offered for a total net value of HK$1880 or more; for orders with a total net value less than HK$1880, a shipping fee of HK$100 applies.
- For shipping fees to other regions, please consult our customer service.
- SF Express: Local commercial buildings, residential areas, SF self-pickup points, or Convenience Smart Lockers.
(Customers may choose to self-collect at SF stations/Convenience Smart Lockers by selecting the SF station/Convenience Smart Locker and providing the recipient's mobile phone number at checkout. Please copy the station address and number from the SF website link. For any inquiries, please feel free to contact SF customer service.)
 
Delivery Service Notes
- Dispatch Time: Monday to Saturday, if it falls on a Sunday or public holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day.
- Delivery Time: The specific arrival time is subject to the transportation efficiency of SF Express and can be tracked via the order tracking.
- The timing is for reference only; the actual delivery time may vary depending on different circumstances, cargo value, goods, weather, and holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Easter).
- The shipping address must be one where the customer or their representative can sign for the package. Our company does not accept P.O. Box addresses and certain restricted areas as shipping addresses.
- For any changes to the delivery, please inquire with SF Express directly; SF may charge a fee for such changes, and any related costs shall be borne by the customer.
- If the customer chooses to collect the package at an SF business point, SF station, or Convenience Smart Locker, and fails to collect within the specified time, SF Hong Kong will charge a 'Feng Butler' fee. For details of the fee, please visit the SF website.
 
Order Information
- Your order may not have been successfully submitted due to issues related to your credit card. Please verify with your card issuer before contacting us for further assistance.
- Once an order is submitted, you cannot add more products to the same order. You may create a new order to add products.
- To cancel an order, please contact us before 10:00 AM on a working day to confirm the cancellation arrangement; otherwise, your order may have been dispatched and cannot be canceled.
- In case of any dispute, KOOLY reserves the final decision-making authority.
